Efficient & honest! I called this company after another local company gave me an outrageous quote. Thank you Israel for cleaning my system and taking photos throughout the process.

Excellent service. I called Breezios when my grandmas AC went out and they came the next day. The technician Sergio was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in less then one hour. Very pleased. Honest and affordable.
The AC in our rental went out, and these guys fit us in the same day. It ended up being a simple fix, and I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. Another company could’ve easily made it into a bigger issue since we weren’t there to check. I’ll definitely recommend them to family and friends in the area. Wishing you tons of success and more business your way. Thanks again!
When our air conditioning went out, I called Breezio after reading their reviews online. Their customer service is amazing! They fit us in same day! Sergio came out and quickly fixed our unit, explaining everything he did, and we are beyond happy! I was very happy with their pricing, I’m excited to be able to refer them to friends and family.
Our office had an issue with the AC and we called our go to tech Sergio at Breezios He came out and troubleshot the issue and we were back in business. We also use them for our residence.
We were desperate and they delivered. Samuel was conscientious and intent on the project. Brenda was easy to communicate with. I think they are locally owned and operated which is a huge benefit. The vast majority of other companies were parts of conglomerates with all the fun of automated and AI systems.
Sam did a great job! Very considerate, clean and advised me every step of the way.
Professional, very reasonable, quality and fast. These guys are awesome. Came out the very next day did a compressor swap and stayed until the house was blowing cold air. Everyone has to make a profit, but you don’t have to sacrifice an arm and a leg. Definitely would not call lees plumbing and air. Lol
The people were great! Got our issue resolved right away and got us a new thermostat installed to fix what was happening with our air. Definitely recommend!!
Superb service from the Breezio team. Needed a tune up for our home and office and the Breezio guys were on top of it so fast. Clean and efficient work, will absolutely be using them for all our heating a cooling services!
You can’t go wrong with this company. I don’t leave reviews nor do I seek services for anything as I try to do everything myself. HVAC however, is an exception. I would recommend this company (most specifically Sergio) to anyone and everyone. The art of detail, thoroughness, pride of workmanship, etc are rapidly declining traits of the common tradesman. Sergio and his team at Breezio are the exception. Please give them a call, you will not be disappointed.
Sergio’s work is top tier! His service was thorough and he was happy to answer any questions we had about our AC unit. Additionally he ensured that we were happy with the service before he left while also giving us tips on maintenance we can do to protect our unit to extend its life. Overall highly recommended
The customer service was above and beyond. I received a call back right away, they were able to scheduled me quickly and even sent text letting me know the exact arrival time. I really appreciate when a company explains all the issues to you and gives you options and that’s exactly what they did. Highly qualified, Highly Personal, Professional & Highly Recommend …
The company came out to do a diagnosis on my unit and they were very sincere They informed me it just needed a basic tuneup and recharge, Nowadays It’s hard to find trustworthy companies That wouldn’t try to take advantage and possibly require an entire new unit. Appreciate the service
Very knowledgeable and always great work they will solve your AC issues 👍
Wow ! As a Marine Veteran I’m extremely impressed by this company’s CUSTOMER SERVICE, INTEGRITY AND UNSELFISHNESS. In a world where the majority of businesses are all about dollar signs, Breezio is all about building long lasting healthy customer relationships. I had called almost every HVAC repair company that Google had provided to me, I even called companies that I’ve used in the past and none were willing to go ABOVE and BEYOND like BREEZIO. My unit was not cooling and was just making a loud humming sound, without hesitation Sergio was sent to my residence and performed his duties with pure expertise even encouraging me to ask questions about the process. Obviously every circumstance is different but they were able to do all this with a price that I could afford. My family is happy and thankful for Breezio. We will continue to use them for our HVAC services and I recommend you all do the same!
Sergio and Jose did an excellent job performing maintenance on my main AC and mini split unit. They were very thorough and made sure my unit was completely cleaned. They even showed me pictures before and after so I could see how dirty my unit was. Sergio also offered to fix the drain on my AC unit because he noticed it wasn’t draining properly. Technicians seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I plan on using Breezio AC in the future to make some upgrades to my home’s heating and AC. Sergio recommended a dual zone thermostat since I have a two-story house. Overall, very satisfied.
I brought Brandon you know I am so happy so happy to get this fixed. These two guys were awesome. I was quoted 3500 and when you guys came they were so honest with me and showed me everything. It only cost me $263 And I was so worried how I was gonna make it and thank you so much. I just praise the Lord for this, Brenda Nagel.
If your looking for the best AC service in the valley, you need to use Breezio. I'm a Service Engineer by trade and Breezio has the most qualified, and customer service oriented technicians I've worked with in a very long time. Not only did they do a professional and complete annual service, but it just so happened that one of the items Sergio pointed out to me during the annual service went bad the very next day. Breezio went out of their way to make sure they came out that night just to get me going. They very well could have charged me an after hours service call, but didn't. I then booked an appointment to have the defective part changed, which was done very quickly because I was heading out of town and needed the AC for my animals. The part was purchased, installed and working within one day with a 10% discount I didn't ask for. AMAZING!! I will be using Breezio AC & Heating from now on. Thanks guys !!
The most honest A/C company I have ever worked with. They have earned a customer out of me for life. 10/10 highly recommend
I dont usually leave reviews but i felt like I had to this time. Our AC went out last week and our home warranty told us it would be a $1,200 out of pocket expense to fix our unit (i thought this was why we had a warranty?) ANYWAY, we decide to get a 2nd opinion so we call Breezio and it turns out it was literally just a few wires that got disconnected and needed to be re-connected. Breezio fixed our unit in less than 10 minutes and DIDNT EVEN CHARGE US. They said just to keep their number for next time. Who does this? They just earned a customer out of me for the rest of my life. They are truly an honest company. Thanks for all of your help guys!
I've used breezio several times now and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future. They are always on time, do a great job and most of all, they're honest. Multiple times I called them for a job I thought was going to be extremely expensive and they ended up solving the issue at a fraction of the cost! Now THAT is customer service. I have, and will continue to recommend this company to my family and friends knowing they are in good hands.
I Highly recommend Breezio AC & Heating Invc. Sergio does excellent work and very professional! Thank you for always coming through when I needed it!

Most Common Air Conditioning Questions
Many people have questions about how to keep their cooling systems running efficiently during the hot summer months. We have compiled a list of the most frequent inquiries we receive from local Visalia residents.
Standard one inch pleated filters usually need replacement every three months under normal operating conditions. You might need to change them monthly if you have pets that shed a lot of fur. Dust and pollen levels in the Central Valley can also clog filters much faster than in other regions. A dirty filter restricts airflow and forces your blower motor to work much harder. This increased strain leads to higher energy bills and potential motor failure over time. You can check the filter by holding it up to a bright light source. If you cannot see light through the material then it is time for a new one. Keeping fresh filters in your system is the easiest way to prevent many common cooling problems.
Clean filters also play a major role in maintaining your indoor air quality. They trap microscopic particles that would otherwise circulate through your living areas and lungs. Some homeowners prefer high efficiency HEPA filters for better allergen removal during the spring season. You must ensure your system can handle the increased resistance of a thicker filter before upgrading. We can help you determine the best filter type for your specific cooling unit and ductwork. Neglecting this simple task is the number one cause of frozen evaporator coils in the summer. It only takes a few minutes to swap a filter but it saves hours of frustration. Make it a habit to check your air filter on the first day of every month.
We recommend keeping a small supply of filters in your garage so you never run out. You can write the date of installation on the side of the filter frame for easy tracking. If your home has multiple return air grilles you must change all of them simultaneously. Some high efficiency media cleaners only require replacement once or twice per year depending on the model. Our technicians check your filters during every scheduled maintenance visit to ensure they are clean. We can show you exactly where your filter housing is located if you are unsure. Proper filtration keeps your internal cooling coils clean and operating at maximum efficiency. Trust us to provide the right guidance for your home filtration needs.
A cooling system blowing warm air often indicates a problem with the outdoor condenser unit. You should first check if the outdoor fan is spinning and if the compressor is running. Sometimes a tripped circuit breaker can cut power to the outside equipment while the indoor fan continues. A dirty outdoor coil can also cause the system to overheat and stop cooling effectively. Check your thermostat settings to ensure it is set to cool and the fan is on auto. If the settings are correct you might have a refrigerant leak somewhere in the line. Low refrigerant levels prevent the system from removing heat from your indoor air. This issue requires a licensed professional to diagnose and repair safely.
Another common cause for warm air is a failing start capacitor in the outdoor unit. This small component provides the electrical boost needed to get the compressor running smoothly. If the capacitor dies the fan might spin but the compressor will remain stationary. You will hear a humming sound as the unit tries and fails to start up. Do not leave the system running in this state as it can damage the compressor motor. Blocked airflow from overgrown bushes or debris around the condenser can also cause overheating. Keep at least two feet of clear space around your outdoor unit for proper heat exchange. A technician can quickly identify these electrical or mechanical issues during a service call.
Internal problems like a clogged thermal expansion valve can also lead to warm air blowing from vents. This valve regulates the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator coil inside your home. If it gets stuck the cooling cycle is interrupted and the air will not get cold. Blown fuses or bad contactors are other electrical culprits that stop the cooling process. Our team uses specialized gauges to check the pressure and temperature of your refrigerant lines. We find the exact component that failed and replace it with a high quality part. Trying to fix these complex cooling issues yourself can be dangerous and void your warranty. Let our experienced repair team handle the technical work to get your air cold again.
SEER2 stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio and it measures how much cooling a system provides per watt. A higher number means the unit is more efficient and uses less electricity to cool your home. Modern systems are required to meet higher minimum standards than units built ten or fifteen years ago. Upgrading to a high SEER2 unit can significantly reduce your monthly utility costs in the Visalia area. The initial investment might be higher but the long term savings are often substantial. These units often come with advanced features like multi stage compressors and variable speed fans. This technology provides more consistent temperatures and better humidity control throughout your entire house. High efficiency systems also tend to operate much more quietly than older budget models.
When you choose a high SEER2 system you are also making a better choice for the environment. These units use less energy which reduces the demand on our local power grid during peak times. Many utility companies offer rebates or incentives for homeowners who install high efficiency cooling equipment. We can help you calculate the potential return on investment for different efficiency levels. It is important to match the unit efficiency with the specific needs of your property and budget. A system that is too efficient for a small space might not provide enough savings to justify the cost. We provide honest recommendations based on your actual cooling patterns and home size. Our goal is to find the perfect balance of performance and value for your family.
The new SEER2 testing standards provide a more accurate representation of real world operating conditions. This means the rating on the sticker is closer to what you will actually experience in your home. Older SEER ratings were calculated using less rigorous testing methods that did not account for duct pressure. We only install equipment that meets or exceeds current federal and state efficiency requirements. Our team stays educated on these changing regulations so we can provide the best advice to our clients. A more efficient system also adds value to your property if you ever decide to sell. Buyers appreciate knowing the HVAC system is modern and inexpensive to operate. Invest in a high SEER2 unit today to enjoy a more comfortable and affordable home.
Loud banging sounds usually indicate that a mechanical part has come loose inside your cooling system. This could be a loose fan blade hitting the metal housing or a failing compressor mount. You should turn off the system immediately to prevent further damage to the expensive internal components. Continuing to run a noisy unit can lead to a catastrophic failure that requires a full replacement. Sometimes debris like a small stick or stone can fall into the outdoor unit and cause noise. A technician will need to open the cabinet and inspect the moving parts for signs of wear. We can tighten loose bolts and realign fan blades to restore quiet operation to your unit. Regular maintenance helps catch these loose parts before they start making loud noises.
Screeching or squealing sounds often point toward a problem with the fan motor bearings or a belt. These parts require lubrication or replacement to prevent the motor from seizing up entirely. Hissing sounds are frequently caused by a refrigerant leak or air escaping through a hole in the ductwork. If you hear a clicking sound when the unit tries to start it might be an electrical issue. The contactor or relay might be struggling to send power to the compressor or fan motor. Buzzing sounds can indicate loose wiring or a failing transformer inside the control panel. Noises are your system’s way of telling you that something is wrong and needs attention. Ignoring these sounds will only lead to more expensive repairs in the future.
Modern air conditioners are designed to operate very quietly so any new sound is a red flag. We use diagnostic tools to pinpoint the exact source of vibration or mechanical noise in your system. Our technicians have the experience to distinguish between normal operation and serious mechanical distress. We carry a wide variety of replacement motors and fans to fix noise issues quickly. Sometimes a simple cleaning of the fan blades can resolve a vibration problem that causes rattling. We take the time to ensure your system is balanced and secured properly during every service visit. A quiet air conditioner is a sign of a healthy and well maintained cooling system. Call us at the first sign of unusual noises to protect your HVAC investment.
It is normal for your air conditioner to produce water through condensation as it cools the air. This moisture is supposed to collect in a drain pan and flow out through a dedicated pipe. You should see water dripping from the primary drain line outside your home while the unit is running. However if you see water leaking inside your house or around the indoor unit there is a problem. This usually means the primary drain line is clogged with algae or dust and the water is overflowing. A clogged drain can cause significant water damage to your drywall, flooring, and ceiling. Many systems have a safety switch that shuts the unit down if the water level gets too high. We can clear the blockage and treat the drain line to prevent future clogs.
Frozen evaporator coils can also cause water to leak when the ice eventually melts. Coils freeze up due to restricted airflow from a dirty filter or low refrigerant levels in the system. When the ice melts it often exceeds the capacity of the drain pan and spills onto the floor. You might notice a drop in cooling performance before you see the actual water leak. If you see ice on the copper lines leading to your indoor unit turn the system off immediately. Let the ice melt completely before calling a technician to diagnose the underlying cause of the freezing. Attempting to run a frozen system can burn out the compressor motor very quickly. We identify the source of the ice and fix the airflow or refrigerant issue to stop the leaking.
A cracked or rusted drain pan is another common cause for water leaks in older air conditioning units. These pans are constantly exposed to moisture and can eventually deteriorate over time. We can replace the pan or seal small leaks to keep the water flowing where it belongs. It is also important to ensure the indoor unit is level so the water drains toward the pipe. If the unit shifts over time water might pool in the wrong corner and overflow the edges. Our maintenance visits include an inspection of the entire drainage system to ensure everything is working correctly. Preventing water damage is much cheaper than repairing a ruined ceiling or floor. Trust us to keep your cooling system dry and your home safe.
Lowering your cooling costs starts with reducing the heat gain inside your home throughout the day. You should keep your blinds and curtains closed during the hottest parts of the afternoon to block sunlight. Using a programmable thermostat allows you to raise the temperature slightly when you are not at home. You do not need to cool an empty house to sixty eight degrees all day long. Setting the temperature just a few degrees higher can save a significant amount on your monthly bill. Ceiling fans can help you feel cooler by moving air across your skin through evaporative cooling. Remember to turn fans off when you leave a room because they cool people not spaces. These simple habits add up to big savings over the course of a long summer.
Ensuring your home is well insulated and sealed is another critical step for energy efficiency. Leaky windows and doors allow cold air to escape and hot air to seep inside your living areas. We recommend checking the weatherstripping around your entryways and replacing any worn out seals. Adding insulation to your attic can keep the intense heat from the roof from radiating into your home. You should also have your ductwork inspected for leaks or disconnected sections that waste cold air. Many homes lose up to thirty percent of their cooling capacity through holes in the attic ducts. We offer duct sealing services to ensure all the air you pay for reaches your rooms. A tight and well insulated home is much easier and cheaper to keep cool.
The efficiency of your actual air conditioning unit plays the largest role in your total cooling costs. If your system is more than ten years old it likely uses significantly more power than a modern unit. We can perform a professional energy audit to show you where you are losing money. Regular maintenance keeps your system running as efficiently as possible by reducing friction and improving airflow. Dirty coils force the system to run longer cycles to achieve the same cooling effect. We want to help you find every possible way to keep your Visalia home comfortable without breaking the bank. Our experts are always available to discuss energy saving upgrades and best practices for your household.
The age of your system is the most obvious indicator that you might need a replacement soon. Most air conditioning units have a lifespan of about fifteen to twenty years with proper care. If your unit is approaching this age you should start planning for a new installation. You might notice that repairs are becoming more frequent and expensive as the components wear out. If the cost of a single repair is more than half the value of the unit replacement is usually better. Another sign is a steady increase in your energy bills despite regular maintenance and cleaning. This indicates the system is losing its efficiency and struggling to keep up with the heat. We can provide an honest assessment of your system’s current condition and expected remaining life.
Uneven cooling throughout your home can also signal that your system is failing to perform correctly. You might notice that some rooms stay warm while others are freezing cold during the day. This could be due to a dying compressor or an improperly sized unit for your home. If your system runs constantly without ever reaching the set temperature it is likely undersized or broken. Frequent cycling on and off is another sign of an issue with the system controls or sizing. Excess noise and strange smells are also warnings that the internal components are reaching their limit. We can help you determine if a repair will solve the problem or if a new unit is necessary. A new system provides peace of mind and significantly improved comfort for your family.
Humidity problems inside your home can indicate that your air conditioner is no longer dehumidifying correctly. If the air feels clammy or damp even when the temperature is cool the system is failing. Modern units are much better at removing moisture from the air than older failing models. You might also see an increase in dust or allergens if the filtration system is no longer effective. If your current unit still uses R22 refrigerant it is time to upgrade to a modern refrigerant. R22 is no longer produced and becomes more expensive to find every single year. We provide free estimates for new installations so you can understand your options without any pressure. Let us help you transition to a more reliable and efficient cooling solution.
Air conditioners freeze up when the temperature of the evaporator coil drops below the freezing point. This causes the moisture in the air to turn into ice on the metal fins of the coil. The most common cause for this issue is restricted airflow through the indoor unit. A very dirty air filter is often the culprit because it blocks the warm air from reaching the coil. Without warm air to absorb the coil stays too cold and starts to grow ice. You should check your filter immediately if you notice ice on your cooling system. Another common cause is a blower motor that is not spinning fast enough to move air. We can check the motor and the fan belt to ensure proper airflow is maintained.
Low refrigerant levels are another major cause for frozen coils in a residential cooling system. When refrigerant is low the pressure inside the evaporator coil drops significantly and the temperature plummets. This sounds counterintuitive but a lack of refrigerant actually makes the coil much colder than it should be. The ice will continue to build up until it completely blocks the airflow and stops the cooling. You might see ice travel all the way down the copper lines to the outdoor condenser unit. A professional must find the leak and repair it before recharging the system with fresh refrigerant. Simply adding more refrigerant without fixing the leak is a temporary and expensive solution. We provide thorough leak detection services to solve the problem permanently for our clients.
Dirty evaporator coils can also lead to freezing because the grime acts as an insulator. The heat from your home’s air cannot reach the refrigerant inside the coil through the layer of dirt. This causes the refrigerant to remain too cold and eventually turn the condensation into ice. We recommend annual cleaning of your indoor and outdoor coils to prevent this specific issue. Blocked or closed supply vents in too many rooms can also restrict airflow and cause freezing. You should keep at least eighty percent of your home’s registers open at all times. If your system freezes up turn it off and switch the fan to the on position. This will help melt the ice while you wait for a technician to arrive.
